I made a series of the Montreal West Boulevards to display at the Montreal West Town Hall for the theme "Containers". I printed them 12" by 72" and printed two per 'canvas".

I pointed out these windows to my wife - who said why don't you take a few photos - which I did (I had just thought it was too dark.)

I was walking when I noticed a man just looking at water running down the street - he never bothered finding the source - but this was it - coming from a manhole cover.

Andrea Mosaic Software
I had been wondering if there was a software for me to use whereby I could create patterns utilizing my couch pictures to create a mosaic. I tried it out with my logo, and found it interesting. Will have to make a donation if I print something.

Kamp Kanawana memories
Montreal West had a free for all day where you put things on your front lawn for people to pick up free. We had a chest and a baseboard heater out for a few minutes before they were picked up. I saw this while I was bringing my daughter's camp trunk out. I couldn't put it out without taking a few pictures of it. BUT of course no-one picked it up!
Photographs at the Sofitel
On my way to the washrooms I was pleasantly surprised that they had photographs on the wall as the artwork. But on closer inspection I noticed that they had four photos in all but in actuality they were two copies of two photos - and so close to each other. Amazing!

Wedding Photos
Went to a beautiful wedding on the weekend and took some photos with my point and shoot. A few observations - weddings are for the real photographers as they are usually in every other person's photos.They really have to get it right the first time, as just to process my 60 or so images took a couple of hours....The only thing about my photos that the actual photographers didn't get was the normal person view!

While taking photos of these vegetables a stall owner asked me what I was doing, so I said taking photos of the vegetable - she asked why - maybe a book to teach kids - she then yelled at me I'm tired of people making money off me etc etc - I laughed to myself. What photographers ever make money?

so often when you take a photo of a store window and its reflections you are disappointed as the camera is incapable of replicating what the eye sees; but sometimes you are pleasantly surprised
A series of stacked chairs
My wife and I walked on a Sunday morning to an area with a number of restaurants with outside seating. It was very interesting to seethe many different designs created by the stacking of the chairs
