The Wheel revisited
Went the other night to the Wheel to see Craig Morrison and his band. Intimate and entertaining place. That is Craig in the distance during a break between sets.

We were roped in to giving a lift to someone for a party, and predictably they were late; but I just got out of the car and walked around and came back with these two photos.

We visited a lot of museums in Germany, and in some you were allowed to take photos of their permanent collection. I rarely do this, but I liked this juxtaposition.

Germany #11 train travel
we learned a lot about German train travel in the week we spent there. A two on the outside means second class- a bit obvious- but there is a little sign beside each chair that indicates if the seat is reserved and from what location to what other. So we were thrown out of our seats twice!

The competition. If the doors are made out of metal they are not so useless. Above on of those trucks picking up the metal from doors hide-a-beds etc
